Website Copy

It’s time for your website to create a customer journey that builds connections, confidence, and trust.

Imagine meeting a client for the first time and hearing them say…

“From the moment I scrolled through your website, I knew I wanted towork together.

They go to tell you how much your mission resonates with them, how long they’ve been looking for the very thing that you’re business offers, and how excited they are to work together because they know you’ll be able to help them reach their goals.

This happens when your website makes a lasting first impression, clearly illustrating the impact you could create for your reader.

When you have seconds to convey the heartbeat of your business… every. word. matters.

Each and every page neeeds...

▶︎Headlines that are captivating and concise.

▶︎ Structure that’s rooted in a deep understanding of your reader’s thoughts and feelings.

▶︎ Stories that position yourself in your reader’s personal narrative - resonating with their past and giving them multiple reasons to include you in their future.

So let’s talk about what makes that happen…

  • Market Research

I spend time investigating the needs, options, and language of your target audience from multiple data sources. You receive a comprehensive report on my research and an explanation of how I’ll use these insights to inform how I write your website copy.

  • Collaboration

We’ll collaborate on how key insights from my research should affect the direction and structure of your website copy. *If you’re working with a graphic designer, I recommend including them in this part of the process so they can share their recommendations, and we can all be on the same page.

  • Drafting & Revisions

Each draft you receive includes notes, questions, and opportunities to share your feedback and request revisions so we can work together to ensure that your website copy is ready to accomplish your goals.

“Grace nails your vision for your offers and how you want to serve.”

I started working with Grace because I needed support writing copy for my sales pages and emails. I felt like Grace was so easy to work with, and I really appreciated the research she did to support the copy she wrote for me. Many times when I've hired copywriters, I feel like I have to do so much of the leg work, but with Grace, she does the heavy lifting, which makes my life so much easier. She nails your vision for your offers and how you want to serve and I feel like she really matched my personality and voice with my business model and offerings. I know it can feel like quite a financial investment, but Grace has proven she is worth it.

“I have never felt so confident in my website copy….EVER!”

I've felt "in the weeds" of my business for years and tried to convey my mission and offers in so many different ways, and I was spinning my wheels. In the process of redesigning my website, I hired Grace to write website copy and email sequences for me, and I have never felt so confident in my copy... EVER! In more ways than I can count and remember, she covered every nook and cranny out there when it came to understanding my ideal customer, what questions they were asking, and how to convey my message in a clear and concise way. What really stood out to me was how open her communication was and how comprehensive her process was for finding the right words and phrases to use for my copy. It can be scary to hire someone else to do work that "you can do yourself," but when you hand over something you've worked hard to make amazing, and they make it even better - it's worth every penny. Grace is very intentional, knowledgeable, and nothing short of incredible to work with. She was kind, easy to communicate with, so smart, and found so many holes that I couldn't find myself because I was so close to the work. She listened intently to what I had to say, what I've tried, and what my vision was, and she brought it to life.

Here’s what happens when you delegate

… instead of trying to do it yourself…

You finally get to focus on the areas that need (and deserve) the attention only you can give.

You feel confident in your messaging because your offers are clear -  and the feedback from your audience shows for it.

You welcome warm leads ready to convert because your website embodies your values and voice.

“I felt like she was able to pull my vision and mission out of my brain and put it in words specifically for my ideal client.”

“I hired Grace because I loved her writing style and trusted that she could capture my voice. Throughout the process of working together, I really loved her attention to detail - every word mattered. I felt like she was able to pull my vision and mission out of my brain and put it in words specifically for my ideal client. Because of her copywriting, I now have a website and quiz results pages that will help my ideal clients feel seen, find resources to support them, and ultimately become customers. Grace was amazing to work with! Everything she did was well-thought-out, from extensive market research to copywriting. I feel more confident in sharing my website and offerings because of the care Grace took in writing each word.”

 FAQs

  • A basic website copy package (5-6 pages) is usually a 2-3 week turnaround. But the timeline really depends on the details of your project. Schedule brief 15-minute conversation with me to get a specific idea of what turnaround time could look like for you.

  • I recommend booking your project with me at least 6 weeks prior to when you need your website up and running. This will allow time for your web designer to install the copy and make any necessary changes.

  • Yes! In fact if you have other copywriting needs you’d like to discuss I highly recommend booking them at the same time so that your messaging can be cohesive and consistent across web pages and online platforms.
