Did you know that your mindset can be what makes or breaks a business? Many capable and highly qualified teachers prolong their decision to start a business or decide against it altogether because of self doubt, fear, and a lack of confidence. Today on the podcast, I’m sharing with you three mindset shifts that I had to make when I started my business and that are important to continue to confront as a business owner.

Here are the highlights of this episode:

  • Why new is overrated

  • How your time is the most important resource you have in your business, but it's also your biggest liability in your growth.

  • How nurturing a relationship with failure can be the key to your success.

Action Steps:

Take one mindset shift that resonates with you the most and think about how you can apply it in your business. Maybe that looks like tracking your time to make it more measurable.

That could look like creating a product that’s not new, but has your own unique framework and approach. Maybe that looks like taking an experience where you think you’ve failed and dissecting it a little more to see what you can learn from it.

Whatever it is, cultivate that mindset shift. And then I want you to take a screenshot of this episode send me a DM and tell me about how that mindset shift will help you in your business.
