Goal setting is a powerful exercise but how do you set them in a way so that you can actually achieve them? You’ve probably heard that it's important to dream big and set high expectations for yourself. But let’s be honest, without the right structure and support around those plans it can lead to a lot of discouragement and disappointment. So how do you design your goals with actionable steps that you know you can achieve? In this episode I share my framework for setting goals in a way that gives you nitty gritty action steps so that your vision can become a reality.
