Your Ideal type of Marketing System is…
A Versatile System
A multifaceted system that revolves around repurposed content and provides multiple entry points to your business through a variety of platforms.
The Versatile System is a perfect fit if…
-
You want to expand your audience.
-
You want to build trust with your audience.
-
You want to repurpose your content.

Based on your quiz results, I’m guessing that…
You’re ready to expand to more online platforms without necessarily having to spend more time creating content. You want a variety of ways to expose your audience to your brand and build trust with them.
I’m also assuming that time is a huge factor when it comes to marketing. Maybe your business is still a side hustle and when you have business hours, you’re typically juggling product creation, client work, tracking finances, and developing your skills in your niche.
You know that your marketing is important in order to scale your business and give you the freedom you’re after, but you need a marketing system that will help you work smarter, not harder.
let’s talk about what a Versatile Marketing System can look like for you.
By the way, if this result doesn’t sound like it quite fits, no worries! Hop on over to the results page, and you can see the other system options. Full disclosure, this ten question quiz really isn’t going to answer all of your questions about what marketing needs to look like for you, but it will get you started on your journey. By the way, in case we haven’t met yet,
I’m Grace.
I’m a marketing strategist for Teacher Entrepreneurs.
When I started my business, I invested time and money into learning all the things: email marketing, social media strategy, product creation, facebook ads, podcasting…the works.
I spent months experimenting with different marketing strategies. But it led to a lot of frustration because I couldn’t really tell what was working and what wasn’t. And if it wasn’t leading to results -then what was the point?
I eventually realized that I needed systems in place before I was ever going to really understand my data or see any growth in my business.
When I started using systems...
⏰ My time management improved.
📊 I received better data about what was working which led to better marketing decisions.
✍️ I simplified my content creation based on what I knew what was actually working.
📲 I implemented proven productivity strategies like batching and repurposing in order to make more time for the areas where I was achieving the best results.
Now I help teacher entrepreneurs like you use a combination of strategy and systems to scale their business so that they can make an even bigger impact by working smarter not harder.

Platforms to Leverage
{For the Versatile System}
For the Versatile System I recommend a combination of…
Email Marketing + Social Media + Website + Long-Form Content*
*i.e.Blog/Podcast/Youtube Channel
Each of your platforms can reach a different type of audience, but they can also serve the same audience in a different way. For example, email marketing and social media are focused mainly on engagement and communication with your audience. They are interactive tools that should carry a two way conversation.
Long-form content, like a podcast, blog, or Youtube channel, are mainly for the purpose of educating or entertaining your audience. In other words, it’s a platform for you to shine by sharing your expertise, opinions, and advice for the niche that you serve.
Your long form content should build trust in your business and familiarize your audience with your brand.
When you’re ready to expand, consider adding…
An additional long-form platform
If you are already creating a podcast, consider repurposing those episodes into a blog post - or hire a virtual assistant to do that for you. If you’re already creating Youtube videos or showing up on Facebook Live, consider repurposing the audio in the form of a podcast.
The are lots of ways to creatively repurpose content for multiple long-form platforms. Sometimes it takes a little big of strategy and planning ahead.

Strategies to Consider
[For the Versatile System}
◇ Clarify Your Client ◇
Choose a long form platform that your target client is likely to use. Is your target client a busy mom? Then maybe they’re more likely to listen to a podcast. Are they scrolling Pinterest for ideas for their classroom or business? Then create a blog and pins that will give them the solutions and ideas they are looking for. Understand who your reader/listener/or viewer is and what their values, interests, and needs are. Your content needs to answer the questions that they are asking right now and provide solutions that they are actively looking for.
◇ Practice Consistency ◇
Being consistent with the content that you publish will provide you with better data and help you adjust your strategy along the way. It will also improve your time management, confidence, and your decision making speed.
◇ Repurpose Content ◇
Create a workflow that repurposes content across the platforms that you use. For example, use the content you write from a blog post to design an email, Pinterest pins, and social media content.
